The red flags data is in a YAML file and we're thinking about whether to put that into a separate Git repository on GitHub for easy forks and contributions, or the whole website including HTML templates etc., or rather a page with a text editor for the YAML file where updates are pushed to a custom backend for approval.

The latter would not allow much discussion in the community so we're leaning towards the Git repo, but haven't decided between the two options yet.
